〔摘 要〕基于文献计量和知识图谱可视化视角,以CNKI《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》2009-2017年所收录的政府数据开放的期刊论文为研究对象,运用Citespace5.1软件绘制国内政府数据开放研究的知识图谱,从研究现状、知识基础、研究热点及演化趋势四个方面展开详细分析.研究发现：我国政府数据开放相关研究起步较晚,但后发借鉴优势突出.我国政府数据开放研究大致可以劃分为3个阶段,即理论的引入和界定时期（2009-2012）；本土化理论建构和初步地方实践探索时期（2013-2016）；理论成熟和国家层面实施推进时期（2017年及往后）.最后,我国政府数据开放研究整体可以概括为如下5个方面：一是国外政府数据开放制度比较、实践经验总结及启示和借鉴研究；二是政府数据开放的相关概念起源及辨析、影响因素及价值创造等基础性研究；三是大数据时代我国政府数据开放顶层设计及推进策略研究；四是我国政府数据开放评估、现状、问题及对策研究；五是电子政务、智慧城市和政府数据资源共享开放的协同推进研究.

〔Abstract〕Based on the visualization analysis of bibliometrics and knowledge map,this paper took the Cinspace5.1 software to draw the knowledge maps about the research of domestic government data open by using the journal papers published by"China Academic Journal Network Publishing"from 2009 to 2017 as the research object.This paper will carry on the detailed analysis from the research status,the knowledge base,the research hotspots and the evolution trend.It was found that the research on the opening government data in our country was starting late,but the advantages of future research were obvious.China"s government data open research could be divided into three stages,namely,the introduction and definition of the theory（2009-2012）；localization theory and preliminary local practice exploration period（2013-2016）；theoretical maturity and in-depth national level implementation period（2017 and later）.Finally,the research on the opening of government data in our country could be summarized as follows：The first was the comparison of foreign government data open system,the summary of practical experience and the inspiration and reference study；the second part was the basic research of the concept origin and discrimination,influence factors and value creation of the government data opening；The third was about under large data age China"s government data open top design and the promotion of strategy research；The fourth was China"s government data open evaluation,the status quo,problems and countermeasures research；The fifth was collaborative research about e-government,smart city and government data sharing and open.
