[摘 要] 目的 探究乳腺癌術后含THP（吡柔比星）辅助化疗临床价值.方法 方便选取该院肿瘤科化疗一区2016年3月—2017年3月收治的74例乳腺癌患者,均于乳腺癌术后进行辅助化疗,依据辅助化疗方案不同分成对照组（37例）和研究组（37例）,对照组实行以ADM（多柔比星）为主的辅助化疗方案,研究组行以THP为主的辅助化疗方案,比较两组临床疗效、毒副反应、骨髓抑制程度.结果 研究组和对照组化疗有效率分别为94.59%、91.89%,两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组心脏毒性和脱发总发生率分别为16.21%、40.54%,均较对照组低（P<0.05）；两组化疗前血白细胞含量差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,化疗后研究组血白细胞含量（3 590.45±136.95）×106/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 乳腺癌术后应用含THP的辅助化疗方案可达到良好治疗效果,且不良反应较含ADM化疗方案轻,患者耐受性高,具推广价值.

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical value of adjuvant chemotherapy?containing THP after the breast cancer surgery. Methods 74 cases of breast cancer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected and underwent the adjuvant chemotherapy after the breast cancer surgery, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the different adjuvant chemotherapy plans with 37 cases in each, the control group adopted the adjuvant chemotherapy plan with ADM as the main, while the research group adopted the ADM with THP as the main, and the clinical curative effect, toxic and side effect and bone marrow suppression degree were compared between the two groups. Results The chemotherapy effective rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 94.59% and 91.89%, and there was no obvious difference between the two groups（P>0.05）, and the total incidence rate of cardiotoxicity and alopecia in the research group was respectively 16.21% and 40.54%, which were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）, before chemotherapy, there was no obvious difference in the white blood cell content between the two groups（P>0.05）, after chemotherapy, the white blood cell content in the research group was （3 590.45±136.95）×106/L, which was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The adjuvant chemotherapy containing THP after the breast cancer surgery can obtain a good treatment effect, and the untoward effect is milder than that of chemotherapy plan containing ADM, and the tolerance of patients is high, which is of promotion value.
