[摘 要] 目的 探討优质护理在宫颈癌介入治疗中的应用.方法 方便选取2015年1月—2016年11月在该院就诊的146例宫颈癌介入治疗术后患者,按照数字随机表法分为对照组和实验组；各有73例；对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用优质护理；对比分析两组患者不良反应发生率、治疗依从性、离床时间、住院时间、焦虑状况等.结果 ①实验组患者术后出现恶心呕吐（15.07%）、尿潴留（2.74%）、腰酸腹痛（20.55%）、发热（17.81%）、穿刺部位出血（2.74%）等不良反应的发生率,均显著的低于对照组患者（P<0.05）.实验组有71例（97.26%）患者治疗依从性显著高于对照组（73.97%）（P<0.05）.②实验组患者HAMA评分（6.3±2.1）分、离床时间（2.04±0.86）d和住院时间（5.66±1.22）d均显著的优于对照组患者（P<0.05）. 结论 对宫颈癌介入治疗患者实施优质护理,可以显著的减少患者术后不良反应的发生风险,提高患者康复速度,具有推广应用价值.

Analysis of Curative Effect of Excellent Nursing in the Patients with Cervical Cancer Interventional Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of excellent nursing in the patients with cervical cancer interventional surgery. Methods Convenient selection 146 cases of patients with cervical cancer interventional surgery diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 73 cases in each, the control group and the experimental group respectively adopted the routine nursing and excellent nursing, and the adverse reactions incidence rate, treatment compliance, time to get out of bed, length of stay and anxiety state were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting, urine retention, bellyache, fever, hemorrhage of puncture site after surgery in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, which was respectively 15.07%, 2.74%, 20.55%, 17.81% and 2.74%, in the experimental group（P<0.05）, and in the experimental group, the treatment compliance was obviously higher than that in the control group（71 cases, 97.26% vs 73.97%）（P<0.05）, and the HAMA score, time to get out of bed and length of stay in the experimental group were respectively （6.3±2.10）scores, （2.04±0.86）d and （5.66±1.22）d, which were obviously better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing for patients with cervical cancer interventional treatment can obviously reduce the postoperative risk of adverse reactions and improve the recovery speed, and it is of promotion and application value.
