[摘 要] 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病PICC置管并发症的护理效果. 方法 选取2016年度该院收治的80例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分两组,常规组患者采取常规PICC护理服务,干预组患者在此基础上邀请患者加入PICC的护理干预,并比较不同组患者置管时间、并发症发生率以及对护理服务满意度. 结果 干预组患者PICC置管时间和对护理服务满意度评分分别为（20.2±6.1）d和（95.1±3.3）分,常规组患者PICC置管时间和对护理服务满意度评分分别（16.3±5.4）d和（85.1±5.2）分,两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预组患者并发症发生率（2.5% vs 15.0%）明显少于常规组,两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 对行PICC置管的恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者采取积极的护理干预不仅能提高PICC置管留置时间和护理服务满意度,同时还能减少并发症发生率,其值得推广借鉴.

Analysis of Nursing Effect of PICC Catheterization Complications of 80 Cases with Malignant Tumors and Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing effect of PICC catheterization complications of 80 cases with malignant tumors and diabetes. Methods 80 cases of patients with malignant tumors and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the routine group adopted the routine PICC nursing services, while the intervention group added the PICC nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the catheterization time, incidence rate of complications and satisfactory degree to nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results The PICC catheterization time and satisfactory degree to nursing services in the intervention group and in the routine group were respectively[（20.2±6.1）d, （95.1±3.3）points] vs [（16.3±5.4）d, （85.1±5.2）points], and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the intervention group was obviously lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was obvious（2.5% vs 15.0%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The positive nursing intervention in patients with PICC catheterization malignant tumors and complications can not only improve the PICC catheterization time and satisfactory degree to nursing services, and reduce the incidence rate of complications, and it is worth promotion and reference.

PICC置管是指經外周静脉穿刺置管,置管尖端处于上腔静脉的一种置管技术.由于PICC置管能明显降低静脉穿刺次数,改善患者疼痛程度和提高治疗依从性,因此PICC置管技术被广泛应用长期肠外营养和肿瘤化疗治疗的患者[1].虽然PICC置管技术对恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者较为适用,然而恶性肿瘤和糖尿病疾病分别属于高消耗性以及内分泌紊乱疾病,患者自身防御能力较弱,PICC置管后并发症发生率较高,所以加强行PICC置管技术的恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者护理干预十分关键[2].该研究对2016年度该院收治的80例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者PICC置管并发症的护理效果进行分析和探讨,旨在为减少恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病PICC置管后并发症发生率提供参考意见,现报道如下.
